You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs as you return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping merchandise with a value over $75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. Q. What’s your policy on refunds?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order number, first & last name on file, order status screenshot, etc.).

We prioritize our email responses according to a client's level of urgency. We will respond to less urgent inquiries within a 24 hour period.
Q. What if I put an incorrect shipping address?
Contact us immediately if you put an incorrect shipping address as we are unable to guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Please make sure you review your order prior to making your purchase as we are unable to cancel your order after it has been processed. Contact us immediately if you have placed an order incorrectly and need additional assistance.
Q. How much time will it take to get my order?
We ship USPS First Class with tracking number for domestic orders. Your merchandise will be process immediately. Merchandise is usually delivered within 2-5 business days however a high level of demand for our merchandise can affect shipping times. We will follow up with our clients on a case by case basis if this happens.
International orders vary depending customs enforcement. Customs enforcement is different from one country to the next. We ship to all countries but only cover the cost of shipping. Ascent Vantage cannot be held responsible for customs enforcement delays, related to your country of residence. Additional duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the client. First Class International Mail may take from 1-8 business days in Canada & the United Kingdom). First Class International Mail may take from 7-14 business day for the rest of the world.
